&color(Red){IDP}; is a protein which natively does not take any stable steric structures.~

Functions of proteins in a cell originate from the steric structures of the proteins.~
However IDP has a function, despite nature of IDP.~
The mechanism of function of IDP is not well understood.~
We theoretically investigate the mechanism of the function.~

The following figure shows an example of dynamics of IDP in the molecular dynamics simulation.~
