Intrinsically Disordered Protein (IDP)
IDP is a protein which natively does not take any stable steric structures.
Functions of proteins in a cell originate from the steric structures of the proteins.
However IDP has a function, despite nature of IDP.
The mechanism of function of IDP is not well understood.
We theoretically investigate the mechanism of the function.
The following figure shows an example of dynamics of IDP in the molecular dynamics simulation.
