    Abstract:We theoretically design a degression method for the threshold current of the domain wall breathing using resonant mode. We theoretically show that the threshold current is degressed down to 1/4 of the original threshold current.

    Title: Chaos motion of AC Driven Confined Domain Wall
    Abstract:We investigated non-harmonic breathing modes of domain wall excited by ac. We numerically showed that the non-harmonic brething mode is a chaos motion. In a We also showed that the collective equation of motion for the domain wall is reducibe to the forced damped pendulam, which is well known to exhibit a chaos motion.

    Title:Application of theoretical calculation to magnetic device design
    Abstract: We summarize recent progress of magnetic devices and application of the mathematical and physical methods for their design. We also review background of our project on the reading head development using domain wall spin valve and our results on the project. We discuss future perspective in the theoretical design of the magnetic devices.

    Abstract:We will summarize our study in the last year by using Multi-canonical simulation, Monte Carlo simulation on analytic and coarse grained models.     Title : Current-induced effects in magnetic nano-contact
    Abstract:
    The current-confined-path structure is a powerful candidate of a GMR element of HDD because of its high MR. The current-confined-path structure consists of magnetic nano-contact in a thin insulator layer sandwiched between two magnetic layers. Under dc, in the magnetic nano-contact, motion of magnetization is driven and induces voltage noise signal with a certain characteristic microwave frequency. Interestingly, the noise has high Q-value and thereby is applicable to a microwave source for the wireless telecommunication.

    For the application of the current confined path structure to the GMR element or microwave source, the control of the noise is important. We theoretically have investigated the mechanism of the noise and discussed the noise control method[1-3]. In this seminar, we introduce the investigations and future perspective of related topics.
